Myers Briggs Workshop
I am an accredited Myers Briggs practitioner and I offer both one to one Myers Briggs sessions as well as team workshops.
Myers Briggs is one of the most widely used and respected personality profiles. It is a great tool to help you to understand yourself, what you’re naturally good at, what energises you, how you communicate and what frustrates or drains you.
A Myers Briggs workshop helps individuals in a team understand themselves and those that they work with better. It’s about celebrating our differences and discovering a shared language to talk about them more easily. It’s also an opportunity to consider what both individuals and the team might want to do differently.
Myers Briggs and Stress
If you are currently experiencing signs of stress in your work or personal life you may be interested in understanding how your particular personality type experiences and reacts to stress. This could be done on a one to one basis or as part of a workshop. Each individual receives a 9 page report looking at the areas below. Together we can explore what this means for your life and work and explore strategies to help you and your team manage stress differently. The Myers Briggs Stress Report looks at:
Your natural personality characteristics
Your stressed personality characteristics
How your stressed personality is triggered
Handling stress reactions
How others can support you when you are stressed
Learning from your stress reactions
