Becoming a mum is life changing, it opens the door to some of our happiest and our hardest moments.  It’s one of the most important roles in the world and ironically often the one for which we received the least training and support.

When mothers thrive it transforms the lives of families, communities and organisations.

However many mothers say they feel exhausted and frustrated. In our efforts to be a ‘good’ mum and juggle the many demands on our time we loose a sense of who we are.

I want to invite you to step off the hamster wheel of family, life and work and consider how you really want to live.

My mission is to transform the wellbeing of mothers.
