About

For the last twenty years I have worked with people who care deeply about the work they do and want to make a lasting impact. I’ve seen firsthand that passionate driven individuals are often most at risk of neglecting their own wellbeing. Their desire to make a difference can come at great personal cost.

Having worked in both commercial and third sector organisations I know the challenges of working long hours, managing a heavy workload and constant change. Six years ago I had to rethink my own wellbeing after a serious illness and prolonged period of stress left me burnout physically and mentally.

I take people out of their everyday context and give them the time and space to explore what makes them thrive professionally and personally. For many people this is a rare opportunity to really reflect on how they are doing and what they want to change. To consider what kind of leader, colleague or parent they want to be. Taking time away from the office for coaching enables individuals to return to work with a greater sense of purpose and focus.

I am a trained Coach (3D Coaching and Coaching Development), Accredited Myers Briggs Practitioner and Mental Health First Aider. I am also an experienced speaker and trainer. I have worked with clients in the commercial, public and third sector.

I believe we all need time and space to do brilliant thinking. I know no better place to do that than coaching.
